Poems By:Sappho

1.) The poem that I feel I understand better of the three will be "He Is More Than a Hero" i belive this poem I undersand better because of the way that it self explanitor and I understand how she feels about the ones she calls more than just a hero, she explain basically how she feels toward the person.

2.)~A.) In the first poem the author seems to talk about a family member which has passed away because of how she describes the women in the poem and as will if the woman that passed was a really close family member or something someone special to her heart.
~B.) In the second poem the author explains and describes as if she's in love and the person she's with treat her as if she was a queen or something a very special perosn in her life that i guessing she really adores.
~C.)Also in the last poem she speaks as if she's going or talking about a special place were she can go and be in good peace and relax

3.) I would say that, she values intimate moments of friendship, and I would say that do to the way she described it in the poem "Some say throging cavalry.." because it seems as if she remembering her beloved friend or family member who had died or something that's why I beleived that she values intimate of friendship because the way that she described their relationship

4.) I would say that in todays world with the poems she wrote i would probably say that it would go in contemporary because it's seems as if she writing about love but then again death i don't know it's really hard to explain but I would say that it would most likely be contemporary music
